The later name, Jama Masjid, is a reference to the weekly Friday noon congregation prayers of Muslims, Jummah, which are usually done at a mosque, the “congregational mosque” or “jāmi’ masjid”. The courtyard of the mosque can hold up to twenty-five thousand worshippers. The mosque also houses several relics in a closet in the north gate, including an antique copy of the Qur’an written on deer skin.

I had taken this shot on my trip to Masai Mara. I love the shades of green, the various shades of blue and grey, on one side you have little sunshine and on the other end you have rain pouring down. I remember the incident when hubby was trying some soundwave trick on his cell phone to wake the lion up. The lion was actually lazy and trying to take a nap and hubby turns on his phone and this lion suddenly wakes up with a jerk and just looks around and finally stops his eyes on hubby….hahahaha it was hilarious and since we were in a open ( really open from all the sides) safari 4 wheel drive vehicle,I was shit scared and gave hubby one spanking and told him to sit down quietly.
